Harvest Moon Weddings & Elopements

The Harvest Moon is a location geared towards more private gatherings; we can hold only smaller, more intimate functions. Although we can only sleep eight people, we can hold twelve to fifteen in our dining room and more if the event is held outside. The atmosphere is perfect in the evening for a catered dinner or an hors d’oeuvres reception. Candlelight and soft music lend to the ambiance. We will help you plan as we offer you an extensive list of local vendors and such to choose from to make your event perfect. Then to end the day, we may have a package to make your evening special.

The Harvest Days Wedding Package: $1,200.00

• 4 to 10 guests (including the bride and groom)
• Wedding ceremony held in our living room or out on our grounds
• Reception held outside on our grounds, on our front porch or in our dining room
• Two night stay for the Bride and groom in our deluxe suite (other rooms at 10% discount)
• Full gourmet breakfast served each morning to bride and groom and guests
• Early check-in: 2:00 Late check-out: 12:00
• Coordination of wedding reception and ceremony
• Wedding cake for your day from Byers Butterflake Bakery
• Flowers and Decorations at the Inn
• Sparkling Cider Toast Immediately following the ceremony
• Music to compliment the day
• Non refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at time of booking
• The bride and groom are responsible for obtaining the marriage license
• These rates do not include taxes or service charge

The Harvest Moon Wedding Package: $1,500.00

Includes all from above plus:

• Rehearsal held at the Harvest Moon
• Rehearsal dinner catered at the Harvest Moon from your choice of caterers**
• Sparkling cider and chocolates in all guestrooms
• Light refreshments each afternoon to include: Artisan Cheese Tray, Fresh Fruit, Specialty Breads, Vegetable Tray with either mulled cider or iced tea

The Harvest Bounty Ceremony: $1,800.00

This wedding package is geared to the Gourmet in all of us. This package is intended for the couple who wants to stay over night with their guest and enjoy a culinary treat the following morning. Wake up on Saturday or Sunday morning to a grand Brunch Buffet. Work with the Chef to create and individualize a morning menu that is sure to please everyone on your guest list. This package includes all from the Harvest Moon Package plus the Brunch Buffet for you and your guests that have stayed at the Harvest Moon.
