Cancellations

Cancellation Policy Message -- We are a small bed and breakfast and it is our policy once a reservation is made to honor that reservation. In saying so, once your room is booked it is removed from our list of available rooms to rent. Therefore we ask that you carefully consider your travel plans; we must adhere to our cancellation policy. There will be no exceptions. We reccomend that you aquire travel insurance in the event that you must cancel. 

Our Cancellation Policy -- We have a 5 day cancellation policy. If you call prior to 5 days of your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back less a $25 processing fee. If it is within the 5 days of your arrival date, we will hold onto the deposit unless we are able to rent the room once again. If cancellation is made within 2 days of your arrival date, we will charge the full amount of your stay. Groups renting more than one room/Culinary Tours/Demos/Special Events/Holidays are required to give a two week cancellation notice prior to their arrival date. If you call prior to two weeks of your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back less a $25 processing fee. If a tour/demo is cancelled within two weeks of arrival date, the full amount of the tour/demo will be charged unless we are able to fill your space.
