Neptune Diner...
One of my favorite Lancaster County Diners. This place is known for it's meatloaf. The pictures on the website will for sure get you to visit this place. Located in downtown Lancaster on Prince St, this place opens at 5 am each day and serves up until either 10 or 11pm
White Horse Luncheonette...
What a find this is. Situated not far from anything in Lancaster, This place is in the tiny town of White Horse. Not much here except a Thrift Shop and Antique Shop and this "step back in time" luncheonette. My favorite here is the soup. Their selction of soups are differnt each time I go and always home made. Always simple and always delicious.
Town Hall Restaurant...
Located in the town of Blue Ball, directly next to the fire hall sits this family run Lancaster County Restaurant that brings you back to the 1950's. Not because they tried, but because they have maintained that look since then... handsomely. Locals favorites are the Ham Balls with a pineapple glaze, baked meatloaf, filled pig stomach and oyster stew. Only five minutes from the Harvest Moon Bed and Breakfast. Go ahead, see what the locals are eating!
Eby's General Store...
This place, a little different, is in a country store located in a small town that time forgot called Martindale. The country store is the hub and offers a very simple menu of sandwichs and subs. Along with their regular menu, you can find a lunch special each day. Sure to be hot, homemade and delicious, their delicious siimple food is only complimented by their old fashioned country charm.
Gracies on Main...
A tiny place with a large attitude! The best way to describe this place. I love their sandwiches. Always something special and sure to make your visit to Lancaster County extra special. Let's just say the menu rocks! They even have a Grill Cheese Selection and a Bacon Menu. This place is in Leola, just five 15 minutes away. Be sure to save some room for dessert here. It really is special.
