To enjoy your getaway in PA, we have set up some guidelines for your stay.

• Check-in is between four and ten p.m.
• Check-out is at eleven a.m.
• No smoking allowed on site at the Harvest Moon B&B unless outside.
• To enjoy your familiy friendly vacation spot, well-behaved parents of all ages are welcome - your kid will appreciate it.
• Pets are not allowed on our premises unless accompanying the seeing impaired.
• A credit card deposit will be taken upon reservation to serve the room for the first nights stay. The remainder of your stay will be charged upon check out.
• Cancellation Policy Message -- We are a small bed and breakfast and it is our policy once a reservation is made to honor that reservation. In saying so, once your room is booked it is removed from our list of available rooms to rent. Therefore we ask that you carefully consider your travel plans; we must adhear to our cancelation policy. There will be no exceptions.
• Our Cancelation Policy -- We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you call prior to two weeks of your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back less a twenty five dollar processing fee.  If it is within the two weeks of your arrival date, we will hold onto the deposit unless we are able to rent the room once again. If cancellation is made within three days of your arrival date, we will charge the full amount of your stay. 
• Groups renting more than one room/Culinary Tours/Demos/Special Events/Holidays are required to give a four week cancellation notice prior to their arrival date. If you call prior to four weeks of your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back less a twenty five dollar processing fee. If  a tour/demo is cancelled within four weeks of arrival date, the full amount of the tour/demo will be charged unless we are able to fill your space. 
•  Early departures are responsible for the full amount of their reservation.
• Specials and Package deals cannot be combined.
